Cancellation/Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, you must:

  • Request the refund within 7 days of purchase
  • Not have attended more than one strategy session
  • Provide a valid reason for cancellation
  • Contact us through official channels (email or phone)

2. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us at iit.himanshu@gmail.com or +91-8587855881
  2. Provide your order details and reason for cancellation
  3. We will review your request within 2-3 business days
  4. If approved, refund will be processed within 5-7 business days

3. Refund Amount

The refund amount depends on the services already provided:

  • Full Refund: If no sessions have been conducted
  • Pro-rated Refund: If partial services have been provided, refund will be calculated based on unused sessions
  • No Refund: After 7 days or if more than one session has been completed

4. Plan Upgrades and Changes

We understand that your needs may change. You can:

  • Upgrade Plans: Pay the difference to upgrade to a higher plan
  • Downgrade Plans: Not allowed after service commencement
  • Switch Plans: Available within the first 7 days with pro-rated adjustments

5. Session Cancellation

For individual session cancellations:

  • 24+ hours notice: No penalty, session can be rescheduled
  • Less than 24 hours: Session will be counted as completed
  • No-show: Session will be counted as completed

6. Technical Issues

If you experience technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing our services:

  • Contact us immediately to report the issue
  • We will work to resolve the problem within 24 hours
  • If the issue persists and affects service delivery, a full refund will be provided

7. Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with our refund decision:

  • You can escalate the matter by emailing iit.himanshu@gmail.com
  • We will review the case with senior management
  • Final decision will be communicated within 5 business days

8. Payment Method Refunds

Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for the original transaction:

  • UPI: Refund to the same UPI ID
  • Credit/Debit Card: Refund to the same card
  • Net Banking: Refund to the same bank account

Processing time: 5-7 business days

9. Exceptions

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Services have been fully utilized
  • Request is made after 7 days from purchase
  • Violation of terms and conditions
  • Misuse of services or inappropriate behavior
